Query for those who were there - was it as boring as Rafio Drivel made it sound?
Don't know how they made it sound, but I was enjoying meself. To quote Danny Baker ..." Hat on the back of me head, thumbs under braces, whistling"!
-
Didn't break a sweat by the sound of things.
.Poorest side I've seen since........since.... ooh ,I don't know, Gappers ?
-
Just showing how potty the league is - Scunny, in 18th, go one up, and as things stand are 3 points outside the top six with a game in hand!
Sounding a bit flat now, with them having a little more of the ball. Not troubled, yet. Just keep concentrating boys.
It's because there's three miles ahead at the top, all the rest of the points are sort of shared around.....well, I know what I mean !
-
Think he was suggesting that it looked like more than the 5.1k announced - not believing that an extra 4k Wolves fans were in that pic compared to yesterday.
I could be wrong though. It's been known to happen.
One of the turnstiles wouldn't read the tickets. My mate had a ticket for downstairs but legged it over the turnstile to go upstairs closely followed by about 20 other sans tickets !

Just back, brilliant point and atmos, well done everybody !

Great result after a tough first 25 minutes. Only downside was the attendance, just 11,600. I know Fleetwood only had 100 but that's still poor, we should be selling out every week! Maybe it's because it was on a Sunday?
It was sold out for Wham who had 1000 more, so add that to todays crowd and pretty much the same .

Congratulations on getting to the Final, folks.
Dragged along by the Mrs ?

OK. I just had visions of you in the Beaufort (Downend) or the Lamb (Mangotsfield) - or even the Sandringham!
You forgot The Red Lion !
-
So you watched it at home or in the pub (Downend?).
Home with some cider, it's a dirty job but....etc, etc.
-
I thought you were stuck on the bus in Downend!
The bus NEVER came.
-
This sanitised celebration brought to you by Bristol Sport
zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
-
Apart from a dodgy 15 mins, it was fairly easy IMHO, we played some nice stuff/
-
Pissed off can't get there, got ticket, but NO buses Mangotsfield/Downend gridlock. Accident on ring road. Hope everyones OK, but ******* typical !
-
That is because they were not aloud to be.
They certainly weren't, never heard them all game, even when they scored !
-
Just got back, sorry if mentioned before BUT how comes only 12.6K when a sellout, we've had more this season?
-
Looking back at the records we've never played them in the FA Cup but have had 3 League Cup ties against them in 71/72, 75/76 and 84/85 unfortunately losing all of them (the 75/76 match after a replay)
WRONG....1969, lost 3-2 I know I was there !
-
They've scored 4 more than us......
But if equal on points and goal difference, number of goals scored counts not games played.
Rather be in our position than theirs !
-
Faultless..?!
There were at least 2 boobs.
And a VPL !

Bloody hell I'm in Benidorm on the 22 March
What character do you play ?

Brighton in the league- I think
Fulham
-
Anyone know if away goals count?
no they don't
-
Weird being a 7.30 ko. Most London-ish clubs tend to k o at 8, later NOT earlier !
-
Just noticed on Cricfree that our game is due for live streaming, do we think this is true ?
-
It used to be a popular quiz question; "Name all five football league teams with a X in their name".
The answer was Halifax, Oxford, Exeter, Wrexham and Crewe. Crewe are the only one not to have dropped into the Conference yet.
For those without tickets, no need to POTD. Turn left on leaving the railway station and near the junction of Nantwich Road and Gresty Lane there is a set of railings where you can stand on the pavement and look through and see about 85% of the pitch.
So you would be "Engine-Shed Man" ?

Fair play to him, what do you expect him to say (with a toughie on Tuesday) "We were SHITE" ? All about keeping their heads up !
