Fans forum 27th November - Hen and Chicken

Who knows, but surely someone could go rogue, ie say something to make sure they get to ask a question and then say what they really want to ask when they have the mic -

Very interesting comment by Brian, which may not have been heard. "Liam is keen to look at the academy to see if there is anyone before we recruit". Not sure there is much choice in this, but if anyone is expecting us to be paying money for players, this is why we wont. Brian has openly just said he thinks there is about 10 players who could break through soon..... -

12 months later, he was drinking DP like it was water with OPM!
-
Steve Coppell for the manager ? How did Bradley Orr not make the team Don't think Nobes had a drink problem, he just liked to party.
-
Mansfield and Hartlepool? I remember Nobes scoring for fun against Rotherham on promotion day, and a screamer at Palace, but I can't for the life of me remember Mansfield and Hartlepool?

You're not a million miles from the truth though, MM loved a rendezvous in Coventry to collect cash for his so called nightclub venture, or loans as he later put it.
-
Had to reprint them, they initially printed them with Pearson in them. Not a joke either.
-
Not sure about unpopular, but Andy Smith, Michael Bridges and Lois Diony are some of the worse I've seen in a City shirt. Feel a bit sorry for Engvall, he never got given a chance in a City shirt. In terms of popular, but not very good, Matty Taylor, had he not been swiped off Rovers to piss them off, and become a cult like hero because of it, was pretty woeful for us. I still have nightmares over that miss at Derby, which had it gone in, surely we wouldn't have thrown the game away as we proceeded to do. Although, his pass to Smith to beat Man Utd probably made him a money well spent signing.

And the boxer shorts are still dripping with poo, after he shat himself.

I have no hatred for rovers personally. I don't even see them as rivals anymore. Cardiff are bigger rivals imo. I would not be disappointed if they appointed Nige. It would be the best thing for them to do. I would also wish him success until the point we are at the same level as them.

Hibbs he done as well as anyone else has in recent years. Sunderland, he won a JPT and had them in 3rd in the league when they sacked him. His team went up, and pretty much his team proved a top ten team in the Championship the next season. -

Johnson was never the problem. The problem is Bristol City, we are lifes ultimate disappointments. Pep wouldn't be successful here! -

A point is a point I suppose, but that was an incredibly dire. I guess if you can be that bad and still walk away with something, you have to feel luck was on your side. -

Man of the match would be a tough pick in this game, everyone has been awful. -

Yes, but Pearson wasn't here last week against Sheffield Wednesday and we played a lot better there, and won that comfortably and possibly should have got a second. So granted, had we been really poor last week, I would buy into that more, but we look 100 times worse than we did last week. -

No, but the players have a lot to answer for, because they look like they haven't got a clue what they are meant to do out there, and that has to come down to instructions given.
