    What I would say is some have short memories. It wasn't that long ago that we were also 8th in the league under NP and having put in excellent performances away at Hull and Swansea, as well as mauling Plymouth at home. And then all the injuries piled up and inevitably the results and league position began to suffer, but not to drastic proportions. Fair play to LM, but I fully believe that if NP was still here we wouldn't be too far away from where we are currently. It was his squad that he built and now LM is carrying on the good work and long may it continue.

    Brilliant post sir Agree with every word. The root problem at this club is SL, and IMO this club will go no higher until he sells up and him and his family are gone.

    Sick and tired of our constant injuries every week every year. Absolutely no chance of getting any momentum.

    If I was a Brum fan I would be absolutely fuming. Made good signings, playing well and in the top six. Crazy!

    Even at his age he's already the complete striker. Strong, a turn of pace, useful in the air, excellent movement and absolutely lethal in front of goal. He's got that rare natural instinct, quality finishing with head and feet. When he's on the pitch I get the feeling he's going to score more often than not, give him the service and he's clinical. Most natural striker i've seen in a City shirt in quite some time, it's great to have him back we've missed him as we did last season too. UTC
