  1. Frickin Bournemouth. Would seriously be ****ed right off if he went there, crap tinpot club. West Ham or Brighton would be much much better for him and his career, Both in Europe. Bournemouth got away with it last year and with any luck get relegated this time.
  2. Would love to see that Harrison lad, the striker and Knight-Lebel, both highly rated i'm told.
  3. I know many won't like this, but personally i'm in favor of this and was when it was used a couple of years ago. Covid years wasn't it? It means more of the squad can be used on a matchday, including some beneficial experience for some of the youngsters here and there.
  4. Too early to say. However if George Tanner is dropped to bench then will be pi**ed right off as he was quality last season and doesn't deserve to be dropped.
  5. Would never boo Mr Bryan if he ever plays against us. That goal he scored against the horse punching gasholes I will forever be thankful for.
  6. Couldn't of put it better myself. I actually think the club will do exactly this and not accept a penny under £25m. IMO he's worth all of that considering he's got two years left on contract, still only 19 with two years experience playing almost every game for us. Add to that the potential alone is huge, it's quite clear he's got all the attributes to make it to the top, now it's all about learning and maturing into the complete player that i'm 100% sure he will become.
  7. Deserves better than that shyte tinpot club. Hope they go down. ?
  8. Sat in the football club in portishead and there's about 20 kids all wearing full Man City kits. So so sad to see the glory hunting still exists, Utd in the 90s and now this. ?
  9. Sorry, I should of clarified really. This is what I really meant, who would next be a first team regular starter. Can't say I know much about him (Morrison), exciting times at the moment with all the talent coming through.
  10. Cheers guys, Yeh think Taylor-Clarke hasn't done a lot wrong and been ok from what I've seen of him. Is Jamie Knight-Lebel the centre back who was injured towards the end of last season?
  11. Off the academy production line? Am interested on people's thoughts, that are more clued up than I am on who's currently in the academy and who could follow in the footsteps of Scott, Conway and Bell. In your opinion, is there anyone else ready to step up do you think?
  12. Agree, It's absolute dross and anyone that finds it even remotely funny has a dull sense of humour.
  13. Super Scotty Murray. (Ok we did get him from Villa) but still.
  14. For me it will depend on recruitment this summer. I would presume we will be adding four or five possibly so it seems we'll be looking at more quality rather than quantity. If we can strengthen in the key areas needed and we have a bit more luck with injuries and joke refereeing decisions, I genuinely think we have a chance of top half at least and possibly challenging the play offs. Our existing squad has a healthy blend of experience and youngsters who have some decent numbers in terms of Championship appearances under their belts, add in that strength in depth and I don't think were far off.

    Yes Notts Couny!!!
  16. Hello, hope you are well. I think it's been discussed on the main forum a number of times but are there any plans in place to address the poor vantage point of the main tv camera? Watching a game on tv or a stream (i.e Robins TV) is a real struggle, the camera view really is very poor and doesn't look good to fans of our club as well as those of other clubs. I've seen and heard fans of other clubs criticize it, it's just too far away from the action.
  17. It's mad isn't it about Scunthorpe and Yeovil and where they are now, scary. I was in the east end that day stood not far from the Rotherham fans and remember thinking how strange it was seeing away fans in the corner but on the dolman side of the east end. I can't ever recall any away support being in that side before or after that day whilst sharing with home supporters?. Agree about Nobles opener, we came out of the blocks fast and were hungry to get ahead quickly. Just knew it was going to be our day. Cracking goal too!
  18. Agree 100%, after all those years of near misses, losing to Crapdiff in the play offs, then Brighton was possibly the most deflated i've ever been following City. Then the pain of seeing Tinman heartbroken in the dugout at Swansea. Nine long and painful years stuck down in the third tier. Don't think i'll ever forget the week leading up to this, losing at Millwall knowing we would of won promotion if we were to get a result. The feeling of here we go again, the nerves, the tension. Getting it in the neck from gasholes in work saying we were going to bottle it, and knowing us we often do/did. The atmosphere in and around AG on a warm sunny day was electric, it was buzzing. Final day of season, capacity crowd, in our own hands knowing a win and we were up regardless of other results. Days like this are very few and far in between. Was in the Ship & Castle with the ex mrs, stood outside among hoards of fans, some of which I knew and a few friendly Millers fans too. Fair play to them seeing as they were allready relegated. The feeling at full time and running onto the pitch and everybody hugging, the relief was huge, don't think i've ever felt relief like it Was great getting back to my local pub in Portishead that evening too and lording it to the rat faced gashead regulars in there. Just brilliant. Has to be my favourite day following City I thiink, or if not right up there. Great great day and night, one we all will never forget I would suspect.
  19. Absolutely bonkers game of football.
  20. ? Not you as well! Certainly made myself look like a plonker. Great win today, feared the worst in the first half hour or so.
  21. Crazy game in a crazy division, don't you just love the Championship!
  22. Wow is anyone watching Sunderland v Hull? Crazy game.
