  1. There are so many different scenarios it will be interesting to see what happens, as I mentioned earlier I’m not convinced a prem side will spend £25 mil on him. - prem side pays less, maybe £15mil but we include add ons that hit 25mil+ - Scott starts to force move so we end up accepting offer lower than what we want - We play hard ball and refuse to lower asking price due to contract length - Lots of rumour all summer and he leaves towards the end of the window for an acceptable fee - No clubs prepared to come close to meeting asking price - Massive bidding war and ends up leaving for over asking price + add ons (wouldn’t that be nice!!!) either way I’m excited to see what happens, I trust Nigel and CEO to make the right decision for the football club.
  2. We aren’t playing for anything other than form and a mid table league position, therefore losing a 2 goal league doesn’t impact as much as if we were fighting promotion/relegation.
  3. Will be interested to see whether anyone meets the £25mil valuation, and if they don’t, whether Scott starts to try and force the move. I would be surprised if anyone forked out the cash we want, it’s a lot of money. Maybe we will get one more season out of him. Either way, interested to see what happens. Perhaps we need to get our business done before he goes, can see clubs doubling/trebling their valuations of players - I don’t see it being a quick sell.
  4. Awful manager amazed he had a championship gig in the first place.
  5. He was made the scapegoat. Prior to Stoke who had played well over the previous 5/6 games? No one stands out for me but Cornick got all the stick.
  6. Delighted for him. Well done Harry.
  7. I agree with this. He is a Swansea type, not a direct aggressive type that we need.
  8. I think people need to remember that he has featured in a side that has looked disjointed recently with a lot of square pegs in round holes due to the injury situation. We have struggled to create. I thought he looked good yesterday.
  9. It wouldn’t surprise me if he may want to seek a new challenge. Been here a long time and now established in the Championship. Can see him at another mid table side who perhaps pay better wages.
