  1. Don't think a few rounds of "x more years, x more years Nigel Pearson" after a home game would hurt. If the rumours on here of Nige and SL not seeing eye to eye have some truth, then it wouldn't hurt at all for the fans to show we want him to have his contract renewed. Show SL/names of other senior people that the fans want him to stay and continue.
  2. No pen Only point I think it hits his arm/hand under the sleeve line is when his hand is extended as he's falling to the ground. I don't think you can call putting your arms out to protect yourself on a fall an unnatural position. After that when it rolls it definitely hits his other upper arm, but on the sleeve and so in an area where it is allowed. That said at the time I thought it was one from the camera angle.
  3. Leicester controlled the game but didn't carve out any huge chances barring the penalty. Fair result them winning, but a game that showed we have the ability to defend when needed.
  4. Robins TV still not working for me after being charged twice last week. Found a stream though and while it's all Leicester they've not created anything gilt edged. One of the best chances they had Ndidi (I think) tried to make an extra pass and it got easily cut out.
  5. Thats a fairly recent edit then, because it didn't say that when I looked at his wiki earlier this season
  6. Have to say, tonight has been a memorable night regardless of what happens after this. Tonight we've seen the rarest of rare things in football, a goal from a short corner routine!
  7. Plymouth look very open at the back but we still need to just slow the game down for a bit. There's no sense letting it be so frenetic while their backs are up As I typed this Sykes scores ?
  8. Are we sure this is Plymouth Argyle and not Plymouth Parkway?
  9. Gas leak Isn't thats what it's called when their "loyal and true" start leaving the game early when 2-0 down to Wycombe?
  10. I'd happily* see the 5 a game for a week or two or whatever it would take, but it would need all the officials to do it and I think its safe to say that would be very unlikely even if they were told to keep an eye on it. It's a bit like refs booking players delaying a freekick, or a wall not being far enough back. I can remember being at a Mangotsfield game about 15-20 years ago where the opposing team had 5 players booked at the same time for not going the full 10 yards back. However when they still refused the ref didn't give them second yellows for it because he knew he'd be abandoning the game. What started as strong refereeing ended with him almost putting himself into a corner of doing a last resort and getting the game abandoned. *I'm sure I'd grumble at the 3 we'd give away
  11. Hadn't seen it clearly myself until just now Was a proper elbow, so I'd say pen + red
