I wonder if this is how they came up with the idea of the splattered robin

I’ve always been intrigued by the connection between both sets of supporters so will definitely be going along to watch this match
-
Manning and Tinnion must have conflicting views on the ability of our academy players as we’ve had Mebude wasting a space on the bench for the last couple of months
-
Mebude vs QPR is as bad as I’ve seen. Typical Bristol City, he will probably go on to be a world beater now

Absolutely woeful.
Someone should drug test that Patch Warner bloke though, unreal.
My particular favourite was when he said Stoke were “running down the clock” when they made a substitution.
They were 4 up & had hit the woodwork twice by then..
What did Patch Warner say ? He’s certainly king of the happy clappers

All the players have been poor today, but Cornick is such an uninspiring player. He’s never going to come on and win us the game so what’s the point

Stoke TV commentators criticising Mannings tactics today. Suggesting the way we set up was naive.
-
Conway has been crap today. He needs a reality check if he thinks he can play at a higher level

That last ten minutes was embarrassing. Stoke have been so sloppy, how the f@ck are we losing 3-0

Not for the first time apparently?
Feel sorry for the lad tbh. Not good enough to play, but for some reason sits on the bench every week. Doesn’t even feature for u21s either.
The lads moved countries for this too.
I don’t know or care for blame necessarily just seems a little unfair on him.
We don’t know the whole story so can only trust Mannings judgment. We certainly shouldn’t be sympathetic just because he’s made a few sacrifices to come here on loan. That being said, I would rather he’s not even put on the bench and it’s given to one of the lads from our own academy.

A good win today. I just wish we had a bit more of a killer instinct in us as Rotherham were terrible and we could have buried them.

Dunno what you want from a home game if you think the atmosphere was poor v Blackburn?
By modern Ashton Gate standards, that's as good as it gets.
Blackburn really? For a 5-0 win it was a bit subdued. Half hearted bounce around etc. I’m sat near the singing section too.

Proper old skool up in Dolman, what was block B.
West Ham was a good atmosphere to be fair.

If you haven't watched much in the last 6 weeks then you've missed some decent matches with decent atmospheres. .
Disagree about the decent atmospheres. The atmosphere has been really poor. This is isn’t a LM thing, as it’s been crap for years now, but the sacking of Pearson didn’t help.

Considering we've just gone 6 unbeaten, it would suggest that we are heading in the right direction.
I'm excited for next season. I'm excited in the direction we are heading, and I'm feeling positive about it.

I’ve listened to this part a couple of times. Surely Nigel would have phrased this differently if he suspected BT & JL we’re conspiring against him. Does this exonerate BT of being a snake?

I'd like to think they would see any fall in numbers as a sign they need to tempt more people to get a Season Card, if they think the ones that don't renew will just go to games anyway, they are mistaken.
I’m not renewing my ST, just picking and choosing my games next season instead. You’re right, if results drop off people like me won’t have any interest in watching a mid table borefest against teams like Preston

Last point, he says on numerous occasions that we’re bringing in “one or two” this summer, so even if TC’s possible departure changes that, it will only be slightly, there clearly won’t be a large number of arrivals.
This is exactly why I’ve decided not to renew my season ticket. There doesn’t appear to be an appetite to reinvest in the squad and I don’t think we are anywhere near being top six.

Klopps farewell game, the atmosphere and his presentation afterwards was absolute class. Fair play to Liverpool and their supporters
