With the squad and funds available, Pearson has done what I expected, survive. Officially. But obviously was fine about 2 months ago. Done ok overall. Top half will be the aim for next season.

Booked flights already for USA and final group game. Tickets will be fine - hoping to do other games in between days. Accommodation is the thing in waiting on but hopefully will become clear once I have tickets.

Both Liverpool and Man City are outstanding to watch - if we had a team even 20% as good as either we’d be creaming ourselves.

It’s not aimed at anyone in particular - just can’t understand how people can’t be enjoying England’s best side and runs in tournaments since the 90s.

No idea what’s wrong with people - until they had a man sent off England were playing good football and causing a decent side problems. Sending off killed the game. These are great times for England. Genuine quality and a semi and a final in last 2 major tournaments. If you can’t enjoy this then don’t bother with football really.

I actually think a season ticket in south stand is reasonably priced at £15ish a game. It’s the POTD that is shocking. I know it has to be more expensive etc but the difference is way too much. I expect a freeze or small increase.

He’s done what was required this season. Keep us up and bring through some good youth players. Very disappointing to concede so many late goals and set pieces and I think the time to start judging him on this will be next season as the youngsters have had that learning time. He will also hopefully be able to bring in a few more players. With what is available I don’t think we would easily have found someone better either. He was left a real mess last season with players departing and no interest in playing for us and it’s not a 1 season job to sort. So much improvement to be made but realistically he’s done ok this year and we need to be pushing top half next - playing like we did at Preston away.

One positive is it’s another game towards end of season and another game in legs of young uns who we will be using a lot again next season. Will be more of same next season but hoping to see an improvement and head towards top half. Play more like we did v Preston away and Cardiff home etc.

There is about 10 games to go and the gap is 16 points. We will win a couple more before end but as I said before we probably already have enough. I don’t think Reading will catch us let alone any of the 3 below them. We may however finish 20th which would be disappointing as a few weeks ago we were starting to look better but it’s gone backwards lately.

We have enough points already I suspect.
