I have a feeling its contractual reasons with Martin and HNM, Martin is a contract extension with appearances and with HNM, a fee to Monaco after 100 games.

Good luck to the lad and I really hope Bournemouth stay up now...

But we are getting a decent windfall, surely a million of that is for reinvestment.
Cant wait to sell Scott for £25m in the summer and sign Lansbury as his replacement!
As Pearson said in his last media release yesterday, the times of City spending millions has gone, for now.
They need to balance the books, sort out FFP and then move forward. It will be a bit easier in the summer but not great.
Were building the club now, painful, but it will be fruitful in the long term..

Here’s hoping he goes to Swansea and we get someone decent enough to replace Semenyo! I get £9m needs to balance the books but a chunk of that needs to be reinvested in the playing squad.
How has it come to us looking at Luton’s fringe players ffs!
The Mark Ashton and Lee Johnson time authorised by the owners, its fairly easy to understand and has been explained on here a lot..

Is that what’s happened here, I’ve lost track TBH? Didn’t know if this was a Pearson falling out or not signing a contract problem.
Most likely offered a new contract on reduced terms and won't sign it so being shipped as soon as we can
Fair play to the club.

No

I can't get any sound on Robins TV

Watching this and Kompany is playing Brownhill in the no. 10 role, what a waste as WBA are controlling the midfield.
2 very good teams at this level though..

I wouldn't advocate that it was right simply just possible.
I didn't think for one minute that you did, just an off the cuff remark..

Up from £15m or?
No, up from Bournemouth's £10M

Always limited value in comparison but reportedly...
Ings- £12-15m to West Ham
Wood- loan with obligation, Loan fee now and £15m fee in summer (Nottingham Forest).
In the context of Semenyo does that move estimations up or down?
I think the club are correct and those transfers move him up from their valuation.

Is it on radio Bristol for us out of the area?

NP on radio Bristol saying Sykes will be part of a front three

As above…it could be the trigger of another year (not a payment to Derby).
That would make far more sense

I'm assuming that if Martin is not included even on the bench, that it's because his next game could trigger a big lump sum.
I don't see why it would cost us as he was signed on a free after Derby released him?

Semenyo signed a four- year contract in September 2020 so if he did go how what impact if any would there be contractually ? If the club gets 5M for him then best let him go. He is good but not consistent. 5M could bring in a player that would fit NP.s long term plan. I do not think we will get relegated this season if NP has some leverage and some money to spend.
I maybe wrong but I thought his contract runs out at the end of this season but with a year extension the club can exorcise?

I enjoyed the Man U win, as we all did, but on the scales that night versus £55 Million spent, 74 players signed, and leaving the club in such a state that it's taking years to recover.......the bad grossly outweighs the good
Is that how much Ashton spent on players?

A lot better, I thought Matty James was good, Semenyo maybe needs to go back to Forest Green for a bit..
George Tanner looked ok but faded, Alex showed a bit.
Gordon to Newcastle, Caicedo to Arsenal
