  1. Just shy of 1,700 sold for Saturday, be great to get this to 2k plus for the final game.

Home attendances are up to over 22,500. Anyone know how our away support compares this season to last?

  2. Allocation 2,201 with 720 remaining meaning we’ve sold just under 1,500 with a week to go would like to see this move to the 2k mark.

Tickets are cheap £20 adults & £12 kids. Last day of season not a bad journey & Stoke could still need something froM the match. We have a good record there (famous last words).

    Get on it people. COYR.

    6526, **** me.

Not so much a crowd, more an audience.

People saying it was less as like us they count non season ticket holders massive gaps in the loyal Thatchers end too.

could fit last nights entire crowd in lower Lansdown.

  4. Just looking at ticketing site there are as follows,

Lansdown 381 left across entire stand.

    Dolman 91 seats.

    South Stand no availability

So just over 470 home tickets left.

if I was the club I’d try and open up the Atyeo £1 a kid and £15 for an adult. As a season ticket holder making cheap tickets available for this end of season match wouldn’t bother me. Could get 2-3k in there as well as some free school tickets.

as last game I’d imagine a lot of SS season ticket holders who pick and chose are more likely to attend given last game of season etc.

I must be in the minority, but I genuinely thought that was a stonewall penalty…

I was sat in Dolman E28 so it happened pretty much right infront of me and from that angle, it just looked blatant. Any one else agree with me or I’m I chatting a load of rubbish? Happy to be proved wrong.

Same here sat in same block looked a penalty all day to me had the perfect view.

We know it was much less really. 15k maybe? 14-14.5k?

That would make the ground half empty which wasn’t the case . I reckon it was 18-19k actual today.

  7. Anyone heard seen much about his form since signing for us? He’s gone from starting every week to now not, he last started a match on 13th Feb, since then he’s started 9 matches from the bench. Any idea what’s going on?

in those 9 games he’s come on and scored 2 and been booked 5 times!

Maybe reach out to Tinnion or the SLO on twitter (Matt?) both have helped me in the past, they may be able to do something for you

Sorry but this request should not be helped. I get the story but these tickets should go to season ticket holders and people that have been away multiple times as per policy (god I never quote polices)!

This will no doubt go against the grain, but in my opinion he ain’t up to it.

In such a critical position we need better. JK has a great engine, never stops running or trying, but he’s lacking the quality that we desperately need in such a critical midfield position. If we are to move on then so does JK.  He’s the weak link when compared to Matty James, TGH, Sykesy, or Joe Williams, and even Scott Twine..

    There I’ve said it..

I am in agreement with you, no doubt he is full of running like no other and often sets the tempo and is a real positive but for me end product/final ball is really missing (it's no better than Mehmeti's who gets pelters). For me when everyone is fit he may not start, if he does I'd play him deeper where that final ball isn't as important. Can see him being a regular bench player when Twine and Skyes are fit, really miss Sykes his ball is better and also has a goal in him which is so important when playing Tommy as the lone striker.

  10. I think Lansdown does have a soft spot for Robins and also that he may do for us.

I noticed after last weeks game on the Cov website that Robins name referenced a good few of our players as if he had an interest in limit squad before anyone says I know he’d have watched us but the detail was so much more than saying City have some good players or are strong in midfield etc.

  11. Thanks for posting I wasn’t aware of some of that detail. There are some similarities here rumours knocking around about Pearson finding out a few weeks ago that instead of opening up contract extension discussions City were talking to other unemployed managers about the possibility of coming to AG when Pearson departed (no new contract offered) also some that believe that Pearson was asked to resign a week or so back a way of getting their new man in earlier than his contract expiry hence his comments after last weeks win V Cov “I’ll honour my contract”.

I’ve seen that Ostrich video and it’s clear that on both occasions he’s taken offence (rightly so) that he’s been questioned about team selections by a senior part of the clubs ownership/management structure.

Will be interesting to see what comes out in the wash.

I've been following Bristol City since 1990 but unlike you I have no agenda I just support the club but  I can acknowledge that the positive things the  current ownership have done far outweigh the negative like bankrolling a business than loses £300,000 a week.

You also have to take into account that he’s running the business that was losing £300k a week, you have to ask yourself how he allowed it to get to that position? Regardless of who you employ to set strategies, negotiate player sells & acquisitions, order the stock, sell the tickets and run the business/corporate arms you should be close enough to your business to understand the numbers & ultimately sign off the expenditure! Only one person who could have stopped in getting to that position and that’s the owner! Sounds mad doesn’t it when you think about it as he’s been so successful in wider businesses to have generated the wealth that he has.

Cardiff aren’t a side I’ve really watched this season, but have a load of familiar names….including a few who’ve caused us problems in the past - Meite, Bowler, Robinson.

Their fans have been impressed with Goutas the CB, and Collins at LB looked good early last season until he got a bad injury.

They aren't a side we should be fearing though…but our injuries are really gonna make this tough.  They are outperforming their numbers a bit, and are the lowest pressing team in the league.  But I can’t comment too much on whether that’s poor execution or they generally sit deep.

Sorry, I can’t add much more.

    Thanks Fevs informative as always.

  14. Looking at who might be available I’d probably go with something like this argument you could put Bell or Cornick up top with Tommy (if he isn’t rested).

Skye’s has been good at RB but we have missed his forward threat the last 2 games think this would give us more of an outlet/balance.
