This week I was being lectured to by someone about the use of disposable plastic, after they'd just returned from their 4th holiday abroad of 2019. Fat people will always find fat sugar and salt to eat wherever they are, adverts or no adverts. It's what they do. We've got the most PC approach to food advertising we've ever had and the fattest population to go with it. If any of them stayed at my place for a month and only ate what I ate they wouldn't be the same size afterwards. None will take me up on the offer to prove my point. Fair enough.

These sags clearly don't realise how far behind us they are. Our club of 2015 is miles behind where we are now in every single respect. The Gas couldn't dream of being BCFC of 2015 in terms of structure, fan base etc, let alone us today. They'd be utterly amazed if they stepped into our concourses and walked up into the stands. Might have been better all round had he been brought on later in the game, letting Oxford go about their business building a strong lead. An impact substitution on 70 minutes against tired legs when 2-0 would have been ideal. Unfortunately it seems the 'occasion' rather overtook the Oxford team.

As a keen photographer I'm impressed with the sharpness of that photo taken from around.... 1968... at a guess. Not always easy to date a photograph so you have to take as many visual cues as possible.
