Burtons window anyone ?
Would be good. Don't want to see SCs backside though.

A big game today and one that could really consolidate our recent upturn.
I'm more than happy with a narrow win and a solid performance.
Happy with a 2-1 win.

Maesknoll can only dream of clean sheets.

less good that he put him on in the first place
Yep. At least we have it confirmed publicly that he thinks he's crap.
-
What makes me feel better is Cotts is a definite improvement on SOD and with a few games under his belt he'll have an ever better idea of how to get the best from his players.
A very good sign that he chose to take off Shorey.
-
Fabulous result. And a clean sheet.

Just hope we aren't breeding a GJ-type fear of the final few minutes.
-
Shows how pointless Shorey sub was. What a waste
If he now realises the same, well done for taking him off.

1 shrill loudmouth, 400 odd Walsall and about 3000 silencios.
Any advances on 3401?

I'd just like to know why they do it. Or perhaps they could provide 2 figures.Every team does it... Arsenal being the prime example.
If we were top of the league, I'm sure we wouldn't be as concerned as to what the actual attendance, as opposed to announced attendance, is..!
Maybe SL could just buy up all remaining seats as a way of putting in money. He could then report a full house every game if that's what turns him on.
-
**** sake, Baldock misses ANOTHER sitter, poor.
Get your 1-1 equalising goal complaints ready.
-
Are there not more important things in life than the accuracy of the attendance figures?
Something better to talk about?
Absolutely, but we can't just talk about the single most important thing in life.
Maybe just me, but when I read about games from the past and how we used to get 30-odd thousand I want to believe that was how many watched.
-
Yes, and there were 20,000 on the sea front at St Ives today. Total bollocks
It's a bloody disgrace. As a fan of this club I want to know how many people actually watch the game.

Att: 12,031
Genuinely please, any guesses at the actual attendance?
-
Ed is 'incredulous' at the official attendance today. That was an unusual remark for a commentator, so obviously a City fan, to openly question the official attendance.
And... it sounds like a morgue inside the Gate again today.
Probably 6000 unable to get past the ticket machines.

Most grateful for the sympathy, it's easing a little now, earlier it felt as if I'd been rogered with a wire brush and sulphuric acid. I can only assume I have caught this from a dirty glass.......
A win from the lads today would help ease the pain, I'm sure.
Don't you mean dirty lass?
-
In terms of finishing off chances Baldock must be one of the worst in the last couple of decades.
-
Andy Stockhausen ?@AndyStockhausen13s
Sam Baldock did everything right then apart from the finish. That really should have been 2-0 to City.
A bit like the keeper did everything right there apart from make a save.
-
Reid took a knock. Hope that doesn't put him out for a while beyond this game. He is a great influence on out attacking game
Bloody shame.
-
Baldock scores with a one-on-one!
-
Security just waved everybody through with anything that looked remotely like a season ticket. Just hope the performance on the pitch is not as bad as the overall experience thus far
More incompetence. How many times can you blame equipment and suppliers?
-
Massive queue for the EE. Not sure what is going on at the EE
Car boot sale?

The faith is in short supply when the gaffer is changed far too often. On the plus side the decision our board made pales into insignificance when you look at Spurs, particularly WBA and shortly at Crapdiff Franchise.
The gaffers lose far too often so are changed.

We came away with a point. Just the same point that we would of had if we were 1-0 down for most of the game and managed to equalise in the dying minutes ourselves. If this had happened we would been celebrating, or at least not so deflated as we are now wouldnt we?
However, our players are fragile flowers, bless them, they won't have the same confidence had we scored a late one.

Oxford. One example of a team that hasn't benefitted from their new stadium.
