That June squad will be interesting because normally in a non-tournament summer you'd get quite a few pulling out or not selected if they've got even the slightest niggle, however doing so this time could very well cost them a place in the WC squad.

If they're aiming to bring that new 12-6 structure in for 2023, I asssume it'd be based on finishing positions this season. Which could be interesting if Middlesex continue to be as bad as they have been for the last couple of years, because them being in D2 will not be a desired scenario.

I thought he looked very useful in the U23 game earlier in the week. Only had one save of note to make but commanded his area well, was very vocal and excellent distribution, both kicking long and playing out.
