  1. A very depressing performance last night, everyone could see them scoring as soon as BC decided to start sitting back and defending with 15mins to go.  Thought Massengo was playing for the opposition at one point, don't recall him actually making an accurate pass when he came on.

If you delete all the entries on the BGP it absolutely will go down.

Exactly but what would be the chances of doing that by mistake, (1) all of them... (2) they aren't numpties, there are stringent exams to make it into Facebook.

It’ll be interesting to see if we get a post-mortem. We know what went wrong… but how.

Shouldn't go down, this is Cloud based (data-centers/DNS Servers across the globe - Disaster recovery in place to stop this happening).  Would have been taken down for a particular reason and the timing adds to this. it went down at exactly 5pm GMT, 9am PST.

What do you reckon is happening then lads?

Hacked more than likely to be down for this long.  Or purposely taken down but that is more doubtful as this incident is likely already costing Zuckerberg.

It’s an awful take. All that’s gone is the routing.  The guy who tweeted it originally is absolute click bait merchant

Facebook have certainly gone very quiet.  I can understand losing one of their route tables accidentally but not all of them.  Likely hacked then which raises a question about our personal data.

It’s DNS related - Facebook have 14 DNS servers, replicated etc. But all of them are offline and all the entries held on them gone.   It could possibly a cyber attack for sure. Certainly the period of time is getting to point where people will start to wonder

I hope they have got a decent backup then, that’s a hell of a lot of data to lose

Wasn’t helped by their incompetent chief exec if i remember rightly

Correct but that has been the problem for every manager since.  Signing Marouane Fellaini must be one of United’s worse signings though

I dont think the Man Utd job was to big for him

Taking over from Sir Alex and the mess he left the squad was to much for him

Had he been backed like OGS has been he would have been fine

Some would say that Moyes contributed to the mess, remind me who he brought into Man U?

What a job Moyes is doing there by the way. I doubt many West Ham fans want him out now.

Yea Man Utd job was too big for him, he is better at taking a lower premiership team and turning them into top 10 team

I agree. The evidence against him is beginning to grow after two wins since February. Perhaps he’ll start to turn it around today with a victory at Boro…

A win is long overdue ?

No. We havent tried playing Palmer as a centre back either, doesn't mean it might work.

To be fair I valued Palmer above Paterson but now I do wonder when Palmer will step up, been a while now and he’s not really done anything

Gregor getting too big for his boots. 352 with DaSilva and Vyner wouldnt work.

    Have we tried it ?

These 2 need to be locked in a room for an extended period of time.

    Gregor wouldn’t do that
