“I’m absolutely certain we can deliver, and get the rovers fans right behind this football club and right behind this team, and proud walking around this city with their chest puffed out and their quarters on”

Cripes - imagine playing 546 times for the Gas, imagine what you could have done with all that time.

Some new guidance from PETA, for the fewers, when referring to Matty Taylor.

In the event of having a bad day, I just know reading GasChat will make it all better.

I don't understand how, whichever manager they get in, they are always so rubbish.

Oh for a Super Scotty Murray on the wing these days!!!

Daly doesn't look like the worst player tbh, better than Nicholls, although I suppose that's not hard. They do have a knack of unearthing a gem of a lower-league striker on occasion.

More Cheryl Fergison than Sir Alex Ferguson.

gasandelectricity likes thisQuote Does anyone think it’s strange that TW has been given the caretaker role, the man hasn’t managed since DC was a nippy winger instead of giving Hargreaves/Mansell a crack. This leads me to one conclusion that they already have someone in line to take over, otherwise you’d have given those two a go to prove themselves as had happend before. I see John Terry mentioned before could be a shout, has been serving his apprenticeship well at Villa and would fit with our unofficial link with Chelsea. Stranger things have happendEven in 2020, I'm not entirely sure that stranger things have happened!

I think I read they are top of the form league over the period since Rooney joined
In great form, but in terms of the final run-in they have one helluva set of fixtures.

If pubs and restaurants are open in July, why not play football?
Pubs typically don't tend to attract multi-thousand crowds...

Luckily that isn't my mate, who is just a wind up merchant. Though he did resort to the old % of home support that travel away shite.
Which is always a cracker because if your club had two fans and one of them went to all the away games, you’d have, on #gaslogic, the best supported team in the land!
