He knows someone who comes in his shop and spouts bollox. That's his source.

Poor old Henbury liar, being found out by the fewers at last.

The Sag in charge of typing up their away support has had to knock it on the head due to the fact that the "0" key on his keyboard is worn out.

There was some talk of investing in a replacement keyboard, however these things take time...

Wally did want to announce when the "0" was going to arrive but a confidentiality clause with Smith Corona has scuppered that.

Looks like we are in trouble. The truth has spoken on asschat and Lansdown is more interested in the rugby . And bad times for us ahead. Won’t that *** ever learn

Bloody hell Henbury liar must have more contacts than Specsavers, he's the oracle of all things Bristol City.

Do you think he does Mr Lansdowns IT as well, he must do to be so informed.

  5. I have never thought about it until a few months back when it was mentioned on here but the fewers and their double team alligiances is all true, every sad one i know and have met have always had a bigger team as a back up even my brother in law supports Rovers and Celtic (doesn't go though) .

I suppose when your watching that shite week in week out you need something to brighten up your life.

When im asked my team is City and no one else, i enjoy watching some other teams play but i would never say i supported them.

What a belter………… hearsay is a wonderful thing, eh?  I was there at Amici, my motor was parked on the wide pavement by the chicken shop, 4 doors up.  All started up the road slightly when an ugly bunch of NFFC guys hit on 3 teen scarfers innocently heading along the road.  Most of the City lot were hemmed in the car park as OB obviously wanted the home 'fans' to disperse before they let the majority of the away fans out.  Having given the 3 youngsters a hiding, they then lorded it into Amici, maybe 20 plus of them, to the great appreciation of the gathered 'plain clothes' Florist idiots in the doorway and inner bar.  At which point a group of half a dozen or so of the elderly City gents hobbled up and eventually took them on when the NFFC wonders stormed out of the bar (before legging it back in).  Numbers grew and the rest is spread across t'internet.  Kid's party????? WTF?    Again, a case of Gas Pathological Lie-ability.  Wasn't there but knows exactly what happened.  Any excuse to have a self righteous pop……… ?

This is in no way meant to glorify events of that day, but is a right on the spot eye witness account of what happened, NOT a "This bloke told our milkman's dad, who told his neighbour, who told his son who swore it was true on twitter" .

The sooner that club goes etc etc etc etc etc……….. well you know the rest.

Eyewitnesses number 3, I walked passed the bar before the game with my 12 yo daughter, nffc big men had a go at her for wearing a city shirt. Bloody loved it when after the said game these big men were sent cowering back into the bar by not many city at all. Will always remember the chair with one leg sticking in the bar window and the flower pot on top of the Peugeot.Don't Condone footy violence but they deserved that.

Steve Hamer, chairman of Bristol Rovers, said an investigation was under way and the action was "not acceptable".

He said: "We have had a major refit in the clubhouse and our bars this summer and we've got 14-15 new TVs all in place and I suspect there was an area of vulnerability there and somebody has hacked into it.

I bet it was those gert Ted's!

They dont need to have an investigation for that, someone just asked for the CRICKET to be put on....

Just wondering how you can investigate in an official capacity when:

    (a) No official complaint has been made by the person who was allegedly assaulted?

    (b) Have no evidence a crime has been committed either by independent witnesses or real time cctv?

    (c) There is no evidence to suggest the event took place.

    (d) If the offence did take place the person has chosen not to report the incident and press charges.

    (e) The person you are planning to see was not party to, or witnessed the incident.

Beyond settling an argument on an Internet forum, there is nothing to investigate or settle.

If you are a well meaning copper, and I’m sure you are, in my opinion you are acting outside of the jurisdiction your warrant card gives you and you certainly can not operate this as an official line of enquiry. So you cannot proport it as such.

You even previously commenting on this forum means you have a conflict of interest or bias, which, if there ever was an official complaint made, would eliminate you instantly from being an officer in charge of the investigation or risk any potential court case (if it went that far) collapsing. You even identifying yourself as a police officer outside of duty can cause a conflict of interest as you should well know.

And you can comment on all of the above without alluding to the case, commenting on individuals or being specific to this particular case.

Are you the Lawyer that helped the Dog Walkers of Ashton Vale for no fee ?

If you are you have a cheek coming on here after all the lies the Village Greeners told to get it past.

    If your not welcome.

  9. I find it amazing that you have 2 or 3 people on that site warning of finacial problems, the same problems most people outside the club can see that there is something wrong, no UWE, no Training Ground, low cost redevelopment of the Mem and of course "it takes time".
Yet all they get is shouted down by everyone else even accused of being "Teds". Do none of them actually stop and think maybe there is some truth in their warnings and actually do some research themselves.
Talk about a fanbase with their heads in the sand.

I think we should have a new name for them now, "the Ostriches"

I’ve had some info about “Sand-Gate”.

Remember when they said they’d used the wrong kind of sand on their pitch, hence it being so shit.

Remember when they sacked their Stadium Manager earlier in the season?

Well. Allegedly, said Stadium Manager was responsible for ordering the required sand (suitable for their fibre pitch).

Said Stadium Manager then decided to purchase a much cheaper sand product and pocket the difference himself.

Full of wrong ‘uns over there, they really are.

Did they also sack the chief groundsman as well, i could be incorrect but if so bit of a collaboration between the two.

Well maybe he would like to invite Julie along, she can investigate the crime with some details.

Hopefully as most of their fan base come on here, they can suggest this to the lonely one and we can get the perpetrator of this crime arrested as we would all like , IF it ever happened hmmm...
