  1. That’s fraudulent. Should be reported to the club and the SLO should be pushing the club to get rid of them. Utter crooks. I’m annoyed and I don’t even have Robins TV
  2. I’m really encouraged by Yeboah, loads of pressing and energy, but I don’t think he’s quite ready. I don’t think this was the right game for him.
  3. Laughing and joking with the Stoke manager after the game apparently, I like NP but he needs to understand the frustration out there. Unbelievable.
  4. 19 games without a home win. I’ve spent nearly a grand ffs
  5. I haven’t seen a home win for 18 (EIGHTEEN) games, this is surely it…
  6. This is just a franchise system by stealth and in all but name. Bit by bit they’ll continue to incrementally erode the ability of teams like ours to compete until eventually it’s not just incredibly hard, but impossible.
  7. They seemed to give up bothering to do any analysis and started reporting “football in the community” stories, I’m sure there’s audience for that but it wasn’t why viewers watched it.
  8. I haven’t seen a City win for about 18 games ? he’s seen some cracking games there The two highest scoring games I’ve witnessed are City 0-6 Cardiff and City 2–5 Doncaster I'm a bloody curse
  9. Feels so weird but pleasing to be in this position. The Birmingham game was truly awful, yet here we are!
  10. It does have sprinklers though to be fair, as Inter found out to their cost when they knocked Barca out of the ECL.
  11. ******* up stadium developments….it’s what they do!
  12. Ukraine game was a little disappointing, but I don’t have a problem with GS overall, his record speaks for itself. I do think it’s time to move past Henderson and Maguire, but understand his reluctance. The Italy draw was very welcome, as we’re now better off then we were last week as Italy have fewer games to make up the points gap. I’m sure we’ll top the group.
  13. Sounds bonkers but that’s what they said; contractually they’re paid an annual salary that as a footballer is obviously is way over minimum wage, so they get the “top up” to their weekly earnings spread over the remaining 10 months of the year when the club’s cash flow is healthier.
  14. Interesting to hear on the Undr the Cosh podcast the other day that Blackpool only pay/only paid their players £90 a week over the summer as they don’t have any cash flow from gate receipts.
  15. It could be so much worse: If I thought things couldn't possibly get much stranger after leaving the madness of Leeds United, I was wrong. One of the final acts of my 20-year professional football career was to grab hold of my manager in the dressing-room at halftime and attempt to fight him. To be fair, my agent at the time warned me that I wouldn't get on with Lee Johnson and tried to warn me against joining Oldham on loan from Bolton Wanderers. But I hadn't played a minute since joining Bolton and the chance was there to go and play some games. "I'll give it a week before Johnson tells you he was on 10 grand a week at Bristol City," my agent said. It actually took him two hours. "Yeah, but wasn't your dad the manager?" I asked Johnson in reply. He didn't like that at all. From the first time we met, I just took a bit of a dislike to him because he really loved himself.
  16. Really puts the referee’s performance in perspective, absolutely putrid ?
  17. “We didn’t do anything wrong but we’re sorry” ?
  18. Brilliant result and performance. Surely won’t get a worse referee all season, so to put up with that and still take 3 points is a real boost.
  19. I wonder if this is a legacy of the alleged bust-up with Southgate’s No 2 that saw him sent home from Qatar.
  20. Done very well to get a four year deal, bet he was bricking it ? hope we can see him fulfil his potential in the Prem
