Just seen the dive described as “getting Liverpool in front with his bravery” by Mark Lawrenson on Match of the Day. They also interviewed the player after the game and didn’t mention the dive, but did ask the Bournemouth manager about it.

I said on another thread, that was not a “routine” 0-2 defeat. As poor as any performance I can think of in terms of individual errors and lack of effort (Yeboah aside).
I don’t know if “unforced errors” are tracked by optima like they are in tennis, but we must be top of any team this season after that game. Endless overhit passes and balls passing beneath City feet and going out for a throw on the Lansdown side of the pitch.
Nothing to get excited about though. Plenty of encouragement as it went up either wing and hit the first man or went behind our attackers every time.
