I see the long term plan - and long term - I think he’s the man.

I wonder if events outside and inside his control will Undermine all that.

He’s trying to build his “perfect” squad, people who buy in to his philosophy and that’s great. But, I’m not sure he has time (or money) on his side.

Having said that, he will get it right at a club one day and will be pretty successful IMHO.  We were right club wrong time
