Good job we've done it in the FA cup before then! A form team

Total crowd of around 62k. There is probably going to be about 1.5-2k affected.
I can't see it being delayed. Just a lot of people missing most of the first half.
Went to London Stadium in the summer for MLB. I reckon it'll take around 30 mins from the Elizabeth line stop at Stratford to walk to the ground.
Very busy shopping centre there as well.
It's a 10 min walk from Stratford. Or you can hop on the DLR to Pudding Mill Lane and walk from there which makes it 12 mins.

Edit
Scrap this.... LIZZY LINE ALSO AFFECTED.
DRIVE to the Essex side and get the LIZZY line into Stratford from there.
If you can get to reading (or by car somewhere before Paddington) you can get the Elizabeth line to Stratford (look for a train to Shenfield rather than Abbey Wood).

Temple Meads to Custom House via the Elizabeth Line
Why Custom House? You could Elizabeth line to Stratford and either walk or get the Overground to hackney Wick or dlr to somewhere like pudding mill Lane

Good to hear! I'm coming from Lincolnshire and usually see a few City fans knocking around Manchester Piccadilly
If they're staying overnight Manchester is definitely a better place than Preston!

Be careful if anyone is booking trains there seems to be a few bus replacements from Preston to Manchester
Shouldn't need to go to Manchester.
Bristol to Birmingham New Street and then get the west coast mainline straight to Preston (Lancs).

Hi fellow OTIBers....
Taking my son to his first game at the Gate tomorrow and wondered what time the players coach usually arrives. He'd love to get his shirt signed by a player or two if possible or just to see them.
-
My son has a junior red memberhip which supposedly comes with a free child and free adult ticket for a game of his choice.
However, I can't find any details how to redeem the redeem the free tickets.
Anyone know?

Both teams look like they’d be happy to call it 0-0 and end the game now tbh
That comment aged well @petehinton

I've paid 30 quid return for 3 of us on the Megabus.
I shall then take a walk from Victoria down to the Thames where I'll board a Uberboat to take us on a trip along the Thames to the o2 arena where we shall disembark and head to Westherspoons for some beers.
I may then get the cable car across the Thames and then take the DLR to Stratford.
Jubilee line runs direct from North Greenwich (next to the O2) to Stratford. Then a 15 min walk through the Olympic Park to the Olympic Stadium.
Of course you might enjoy the cable car trip (good luck to you if the wind is howling). But if you do get the dlr you can get off at West Ham, Abbey Road or Stratford High Street all of which are closer walks to the Olympic Stadium.

It won't be any thing like £45, trust me on this
West Ham are charging Sheffield United £36 for adults, £29 for seniors and £18 for kids.
Would expect about the same.

As I understand it, that rule ended 6 years ago.
West Ham can charge whatever they like subject to a minimum charge of £10.
No maximum charge.
Cue £45 cheapest ticket.
- just seen @View from the Dolman post confirming it.
And some of their tickets are far more than £90. I live not miles away so was looking to take my lad to a Prem game for his birthday. But even for a lower ranked Prem tea they still charge £70 to £90 for an adult and not far off that for a kids and that's sitting miles away from the pitch with a awful view!

It was always going to be tough tonight, but this was a City team that we haven’t seen the likes of for some time
Well done the lads and the coaches, but especially LM who has now given us hope again.
In what way? Please explain.

Yup TC will get nothing if we're hoofing the ball forward.

Just tried to show him onto his left foot. Unlucky. Good finish.
That's more than showing him onto his weak foot. Had all the time in the world as James just let him go.

Not sure you've seen the goal. Naismith wasn't near him to start with. Matty James??

Poor defending by Matty James who just let him dribble away from him.

To confirm. Some of the changes have been accepted, whilst others continue to be outstanding and one particular they keep telling me they've done it but they haven't (Yeboah's hair).
And incidentally, they've offered me the Editor role for Millwall off the back of it... which I have declined.
Swap the editor role at City for the Milwall one offered?

Same for half the side.
You are writing as if Manning a 5 year old, he knows more about football than anyone on here.
I wasn't talking about half the side. I was talking about Mehmeti as Mehmeti was the subject of the original post by @Silvio Dante
But as you mention others yes Weimann was totally ineffictive offering nothing either.
So yes good shout to hook them both off on circa 60mins, roven by how much more we grew into looking a threat for the last 20-25 mins.

He's gone on loan and hasn't (yet) left the club permanently. If, and when, he does I'm sure he'll get a far more fitting tribute.
