ralphindevon Posted September 15, 2009 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 ive just been looking at train prices and the cheapest i can get so far is £96 is there any better deals to be had any help would be great I am flying from Gerona to Newcastle and even though the trip takes in 3 countries, starting in southern France where I live 1.5 hours drive to Gerona, the flight , motorway fees and petrol still won't come to more than £60. I think if you had looked earlier you could have flown from Bristol to Gerona and then to Newcastle andreturn for less than the train from Bris to Newcastle. Small world!
