I don't know, this week managers have been dropping like flys and i sometimes wonder who's to blame.

I just don't think getting rid of GJ will help, can't believe people are considering it. Its shameful. Fans and the media are forking idiots a lot of the time and GJ would do well to blank them out., absolutely no perspective or patients. I respect the comments made my fans who went today, aye its not pleased to see poor performances, but we have to hang in there, season is half way throuhg, lots of time to put it right, leave it to GJ to sort out, he will im sure.

I'm not sure that I can run with the 'perspective and patience' comment. What we all want (I think) is for the team, under GJ, to start playing some decent, attacking football, with individuals showing some quality, especially at the back (where one mistake can be very costly). Right now, it's difficult to see that happening any time soon.

Perhaps if GJ had tried to manage expectations at the start of the season - ie 'look, I'm bringing in 5 or 6 new faces and it will take the whole of the 09-10 season to get them to gel' we wouldnt all be so freakin diappointed with what's being served up - although some (ANY) sign of progress would be good. The fact that GJ is still banging on about play-offs, staying in touch etc etc is just not helping. How long should GJ be given to get the team playing? SL obviously rates GJ, and respects what he has achieved, but even his rose-tinted view must be getting a little less clear at the moment? It doesn't seem to me that SL would find mid-table mediocrity fits too comfortably with his plans?

I respect your opinion Ciderhider but it really is so easy to brush yesterday under the carpet WHEN YOU COULDN'T BE THERE. We got comprehensively outplayed by the fourth from bottom placed team and 6-1 to Reading would have been a totally just result. Us getting a point was daylight robbery of Dick Turpin proportions and we really ought to be offering Reading a replay (that would please 61 year old Warnock)!!! I am starting to doubt if GJ knows how to turn our home form round - he just seems to be running out of ideas as fast as he is running out of new formations to try.

Didn't see the game on Saturday so can't comment in that respect. However, lookin gat our home form over the last 2 seasons, we have dropped far too many points, in particular to last minute equalisers/winners. It also seems that we struggle to put on any sort of perfromance in far too many home games.

At the end fo Danny Wilson's reign, I sem to rtemember him being lambasted on here because of the cost of the phsycologist he had to the staff, and people asked what do we need with a phsycologist. Perhaps that is what we need just know, as it strikes me that over time some sort of mental block has affected the players when they play at AG so they freeze in perfromance terms, inparticular when it comes to hanging on ( our failing too!) to one goal leads for most of the game.

I would imagine touchy feely management isn't one of GJ's strong suites, so perhaps he needs a specialst to help, befotre we all need specialist help!
