havanatopia
Tommy is a nice bloke but will never play for BCFC again. He had some damning things to say about the way he was treated when I last seen him so doubt he would come even if asked. May just be him saying that, but he wasn't a fan of the board etc... MM Hardly surprising given how his demise from form was nothing but self inflicted; deluded to think it was anyone's fault but his own....was he expecting a free lunch then? what nonsense. Pezo
Fact is though that there's a recurring theme amongst players with genuine individual brilliance. Maradonna, Best, Gascoigne, Bowles etc. All misbehaved, all totally unreliable and there's loads more out there in many different sports. Sometimes the ability to express the talent goes hand in hand with an obviously unstable mind. Not really comparing Tom talent wise with those examples but the principle remains the same. Can't control them and they eventually self destruct, but the worlds a better place for having had them around. I agree - some footballers see football as a job others see it as sport but the true greats seem to see it as an art. You could argue that now football has become so athletic that the arty players cant keep up because of there inability to cope.
The Batman
Watching tommy since he broke into the team, I enjoyed the effort he made in his tackling. Never the fittest player and always unlucky with injury. All about Paul Hartley at the moment though.

redsontour
Funniest thing is that they have some of the most feared fans in European football, yet if you go to the official website the club song song that greets all visitors to the site is the slightly less than frightening........YMCA by Village people! Does anyone think that may be a reverse Psychology thing, like the pink changing room walls?
