22A
We want AG to be intimidating so instead of the teams entering side by side, we "graciously" permit our visitors toenter the pitch first; The Beatles "I'm a loser" http://www.last.fm/music/The+Beatles/_/I'm+a+Loser Then City come out to whichever tune we select. SimplyRed
Most teams come out to a traditional song/tune that is particularly related to the club (eg. Everton - 'Z Cars'; West Ham - 'I'm forever blowing bubbles' etc..). Running out to bland, modern popular music is pointless because it'll be forgotten in a year or two. I'm amazed that football fans, who have an enormous tribal tendency, would want their team to run out to anything other than a song/tune that is ageless and forever related to the club to enhance the 'sense of belonging' which is so important to fans. The traditional songs/tunes are the ones that everyone relates to and grew up with - just because YOU happen to like a particular piece of music and feel it would be great for the team to run out to it, doesn't mean that everyone has your taste in music. Personally, I dislike the majority of modern pop music - it lacks talent and musicianship and is mainly formed by electronic means rather than the playing of instruments. Ask yourself how much of it will be remembered in 30 years time, compared to the classic stuff of the mid-to-late 20th century?
Paddy31
I like this one - just the first 30 secs to run out to... I don't s'pose anyone else will agree but it works for me!

We tend to forget that MOST music has been crap all throughout history. The stuff we remember is the cream of the crop, and this era is no different. internetjef
Lord please not that bloomin sky sports news music from requiem for a dream i think thats gotta be one of the worst picks ever When watching requiem for a dream it seems to perfectly accompany the fear and doom of various drug addicts descending into madness Whats the point of building up the drama every time they come back from a break just to announce some pointless news like 'Ian Bell has sprained his ankle' or something like that. ruined it id rather see something traditional to run out to, or alternatively something that kickstarts a party atmosphere like that carnival paris song

Ryan 7
Long Good Friday is impressive, I think Palace play it though. To be fair, some of these are impressive, email them to David Lloyd, he has always seemed helpful and replied whenever I've had any queries. bcfcchris2016
I will admitt that 'O Fortuna' would sound really good as they walk out. With the old sky news music just before they walk out the tunnel: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=xE0UA8RREX4 that one is my clear favourite.... would really like the players to walk out the tunnel to that
sirscrumpton
I've always liked the music they used in the Rugby World Cup in France in 2007 from about 1:20 onwards. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5pXWB1vXvPQ&feature=related
librajulz
Bit of an obvious, maybe even dated one here but think that the first 30-40 seconds are made for an entrance to a stadium. 20 seconds of calm at the start (for the walk up the tunnel) and then an explosion of energy and sound
librajulz
Or perhaps this one? Track name also applies.......Red Alert! "And the City keep on playing on and on!!"
librajulz
And finally from me, the aptly named 'Jump and Shout'. Good build up of beat and energy again?

Definately. How about this, they are City fans after all..
