He won't get high on one of those though will he? !!

Apparantly it's different, but you get a continuous rush and same feeling as when you do this...try it...Take 7 deep breaths breathing fully out and fully in with each breath, and then on the 7th breath, hold your breath for as long as you can.

You get a really light headed rush. This is practised in Yoga to create happiness in the morning and clear the head.
