cheese
I see you've even captured the fact that the Dolman has emptied early!
Kingswood Robin
Great pictures there Spudski. I got 3 of the stands right but one of the stands reminds me of Roker Park a litte bit. Anyone remember Testmatch? Very difficult to hit a six in those little diamond shapes!
Steve Galliers for England
Never really got into Subbuteo but love this post, i want to go and build a 45,000 seat stadium out of lego now. £690+ for a subbuteo team? I dont like paying that much for a car.

Have to say the stadia are amazing! Glad you enjoyed it mate. I was speaking to a lad today, who deals in Subbuteo. He went to pick a job lot up from a guy in North London. The seller took him up into the loft space (ooh er missus) and there was a complete replica of Tottenham's old ground that his father had built for him 40 years ago. Tottenham have said they want it for their New Museum that they are building as a centre piece. Not the best pics as they were taken on his Blackberry... Nice touch by Spurs who will have a plaque dedicated to his late father.

I'm pretty sure that the famous image below is from White Hart Lane during 1965 - about the same period that that subbuteo replica would have been made. Mackay fouled Bremner, who retaliated fiercely; Mackay instantly took the law into his own hands........
