The Casual Connoisseur
Firstly, segregation; a row of five seats seems enough to separate two of the biggest rivals in football, yet we "need" at least a block and teams of police and stewards?!?!? Ridiculous. Secondly, the atmosphere, even by old firm standards is electric, Rangers support, considering their position is fantastic, the fans are getting right behind the team, I haven't heard the pikeys once! Brizzle Jordan
Should be a 2nd yellow, as the ref missed one in the first half. No, it was a straight red tackle. Could of made the tackle with 1 leg, didnt need to go in 2 footed. Ref just followed the rules.

Coxy27
Does anyone think that Whittaker/Wanyama challenge could have been a double red card? Would've been funny to see. Whittaker was showing his studs, went over the ball and definitely caught Wanyama, and Wanyama went in two footed, reasons to send them both off. irishreds
Agree Coxy27, but not at Ibrox. Celtic will be worthy champions by playing by the financial rules and despite the general bias against them in Scottish football. More important is City and championship survival, not old firm. A Horse With No Name
With regards to the segregation issue, can you imagine the chaos there would be with our little boys in the East End if we scored and only had a few rows of empty seats. They try to fight the stewards and climb the netting even now. Maybe when they grow up, progress can be made.
Ron
You do know the rule is 2 foot challenge = red card? I might be wrong but that's not in the SPL, it's something Mike Riley has enforced in the Premier League, it's nowhere in FIFA's rules for this season.
