Super
Poor decision to drop Heaton for me and Gerken puts in a dire performance to prove me right. Clearly at fault for the first two goals.

RED4LIFE
Heaton is injured with a calf strain. Nothing to do with it being a poor decision by McInnes.
Robbored
Heaton had a calf strain and wasn't 100% fit. He would still have stopped at least 2 of the Leicester goals.

Pete1975Legend
Gerken was on the bench at colChester for a reason today we saw why. I'd rather have an unfit heaton in goal than a fully fit gerken the two are miles apart in ability.

Brislingwood Red
If Gerkin had anything about him he'd of put in a transfer request as soon as Heaton signed. The fact that he is still here says more than enough.

WolfOfWestStreet
Was a massive fan of DJ but Gerken has clearly learnt a lot from him when it comes to errors, that second goal was pathetic
Youngish
Can everyone stop this "Gerken's better at commanding his box" nonsense now? He came for one cross all day, missed it, and we conceded. Heaton is a FAR superior goalkeeper, in every way.

Cider red
I've always said gerken is SHIT, unfortunately he proved me right yet again today. Yet again we give away the game with poor mistakes, he wasnt helped by the defence today but the goals we conceded were downs league. We ARE going to be relegated im afraid
Fiale
Seem to remember gerkin replacing James last season and being one of the reason we stayed up 2 seasons when we were looking like relegation fodder he stepped up and helped save the season - only to be dropped both times for other players in the new season. Would not be surprised if he is a little bitter - certainly not surprised he would want out of the club. I don't think he will be to disappointed today - when you treat people badly (or too well) they stop really caring and just go onto autopilot. Brislingwood Red
As shite as Gerkin is, you could put Petr Cech in goal and we'd still get dicked most weeks. The amount of chances we give teams to score/shoot is unforgivable. It's a collective thing. Defensively were pants. We looked reasonable at the start of the season as we looked to our score opponents. Offensively we looked decent. That edge has since disappeared with McInnes obsession to keep a clean sheet. Swede
I get sick and tired of people saying how brilliant Gerken is. A good shot stopper and nice bloke but not good enough really. Flaps at crosses & won't command his area. He IS a liability. Beaten at the near post for the first. Decided not to come for a cross for the second. Beaten by a shot through the middle of the goal from the edge of the area for the third. Poor positioning for the fourth. Not good enough.

JammyOne
Not any better or worse than Heaton. For some reason if Heaton let's in a goal, it's the defence's fault.. If the defence leaves a player open for a shot, it's Gerken's fault.
Red-Robbo
He had an awful game and conceded a goal from an absolute howler. As did Heaton in his last game I believe. Very disappointed as he had an opportunity to stake a claim and he clearly forked it up on a grand scale. Still add his abject performance to that of Fontaine; Foster; Pearson and Stead and pretty bloody poor ones from Cunningham and James Wilson. Just another name in the litany of failure. I doubt we'll see him again in a red shirt.
