Dynamite Red
do most of you realise SOD is going to blackpool..?? He held talks with Blackpool on Friday and The Blackpool Gazette understand O’Driscoll is interested in the job. A fair few Blackpool fans believe it is a done deal with an announcement due early next week.

RedorDead BCFC
DiCanio for me, he reminds me off a young Warnock and even Cough. Knows how football should be played and don't take any shit of his players.

HIGHRIDGE BCFC
Just a bit of fun Fun eh? I think I can just about remember what that's like. I'll go Hoddle. I can't stand the man,but he has a problem with disadvantaged people so should bomb our defence out within minutes.
tower crane red
sod or warnock, sod would organise and may just keep us up but has the know how to bring us back up if we drop. warnock (marmite u either love him or hate him) would sort the players attitudes out and would also use the good youngsters comming through as he did at palace
ranidaze
The only managers that can turn this club around quickly are Johnson, di canio or warnock IMO the rest of them I think would need more time but might prove to be a good manager in the long run
Cider Queen
Surprised no one mentioned Phil Parkinson from Bradford.. seems to be hot property at the mo. However I've voted SOD as I want to watch good football, fed up watching the rubbish on offer the last few seasons.

ctid_Chivs
SO'D given time would have us playing the kind of Football most City fans ( I believe) want to see. Imo we need a long term plan ala Swansea. A philosophy, that future managers would carry on with. Swansea have showed the way to do it,if we could play football half as well as they do I would be happy. Warnock is in a job,so I don't see him as a realistic choice. time is something we don't have
Bedminster Born And Red
Warnock for me. It's a win/win in my view because if he can't keep the dross we have at our disposal in the division he'll make changes and we'll walk League 1 next season. The likes of Foster, Fontaine, Skuse, Elliott, Pearson etc. will all be looking at the exit door if Colin comes in. And he isn't afraid to stick in the youth either if they show they are good enough and have the right attitude What Colin will bring above all else is the correct attitude to the club. Players will either do it for him or be told to leave. No messing about, no favourtism because the lad is from Yate, no dilly dallying because the player had a great game three months ago. It will be ship up or ship out time and don't we ever need that as a club?
Bowie
Di Canio - tells it like it is. If a player is playing Crap he'll know it, wouldn't get the shit we get now Doubt we could get him though
Sleepy1968
Ethan Hunt? Why is the poll full of current managers, no hopers, and never were's?And having just voted, why do so many people think that Paulo Di Cannio(a) would contemplate coming?(b) would be worth employing? JackIKnowski
Di Canio would scare the s*#t out of the players no doubt a few players would fly out the door immediately. I think he would move under he right conditions. Only No for me is Curbishly aka Snoopy... he's a complete moron, remember when they zoomed into his notes and it jus said MORE PASSION...eek
havanatopia
Only one man for the job - Neil Warnock. Leeds fans don't want him, He's only there to the end of the season anyway and we're only just up the road from his farm in cornwall - simples! +1 If not then Di Canio. Like many have said we need a rottweiler who will take no 5-hit. its about time half our team got a rocket up their backsides and put a decent days graft in instead of waltzing into the Gate in crap kraut wagons in a droned out world stoned to rap crap on head phones. Bedminster Born And Red
If this poll is anything like an accurate representation of fan feeling we have four candidates:- O'Driscoll Colin Di Canio Davies Two are in work (one possibly about to get the boot) and two are out of work. It may or may not be but you can bet the news boys will be all over it like a rash in their print come manana. They will surely have to drop Robins from the betting now.. we don't want him. simples. Ben4BCFC
Admittedly, Di Canio is a great manager, but do we really want a fascist in our club? Personally, I don't. But maybe I'm being too sentimental.
