When he left, most people on here were glad to see the back of him (apart from me and Nogbad) I've always rated Brett, with the right midfield in the Bournemouth side next season he will easily be top 5 of the leading scorers in the Championship. A very, very good player. I haven't seen a striker who can finish better since I've been following City. Sometimes I wonder if it's the fans that's the cause of our ' failures ' I think Nogbad can afford toilet paper mate. I and many others wanted him to stay. It didnt work out here, it happens He's clearly moved on, we seem to be stuck in the what ifs' Not his fault Del made him train with the kids, I'd of put no effort in either. Rob k Posted May 15, 2013 Report Share Posted May 15, 2013 Pitman does have a lot to prove, he has to prove what a terrible decision it was to let him go, if he bangs in 20+ it's proven it was an awful decision, if he scores less than 15 you can argue DMC got it right. We were relegated at the end of the season and he was OOC We were on course to be relegated even with him here He would have been off anyway, more likely than not He was something daft like 37 apps 7 goals the previous season He didnt fit here, simple.
