Hope this wont happen the first home game as well. Sorry to all the previous posters. My iPhone is dead slow tonight (even on a network) took an age to refresh so my last post seems a bit daft. need an iPhone 5 me thinks. Sounds like city are getting through quite easily thanks to baldock.

There are some free apps that can tidy up your iPhone and speed it up. Worth trying before lashing out on a hardware upgrade.

At the game, generally impressed with possession play and some good attacking passes. Kilkenny and Wynter have been excellent in the middle and generally bossed the game, suffice what some have said Flint looks comfortable on ball and produced a couple good long passes. Other than that JET has been quiet but glimpses of ability, it's interesting again that Baldock is captain and he's been lively, he had best chance within few minutes and hit side netting.

Shocking news about Kelly really.

Have to agree with all of that. Will add that both the fullbacks are having fantastic games, especially maloney down the right. Both confident enough to push forward and ask for the ball when our centre backs have it to try and get the ball moving forward.

Flint looks solid. Good in the air and comfortable on the ground. Baldock moving well but isolated. JET trying to link play with some success. Kilkenny and Wynter controlling and moving the ball well but as a central pairing sit to deep and invite too much pressure. The side is set out very much in a build from the back style. I expect to see us attempt to grind out results 1-0 like Wigan did at this level a few years ago. To me it seems promising, especially considering its a friendly.

That's pleasing to hear, especially as I don't think we'll see out and out wingers too often.
