Twice in a lifetime for some of us old ones !

Those were the days my friend...

Liverpool ,in their pomp,Arsenal with superstar signing Malcolm McDonald,Man. U. amongst others all put in their place by little ol' city

Jumpers for goal posts,Big Match ,Brian Moore, orange balls in the snow, tackles, match of the day,the Fa Cup that meant something ...

Isn't it ?

If it's not one of the 'giants' don't want a home tie ... how about Wigan away though? they'll have started their "European" campaign by then

Just an away game will do if we get anyone outside the top 8 of the prem though.

Almost willing to put money on Posh though, it's been a while since we played Leicester/Everton in a cup...

Would love any of the big teams at home, especially spurs, man ure, man city or chelsea as I can't stand those teams so to beat them would make it even better

Yes we could then test out our new ticketing system.

Wouldn't want Man U away (in this round) as it would be a less than half full old Trafford, watching Man U reserves and paying the equivalent of a lower prem game ticket. They would be more than welcome at the gate.

In a perfect world (for me) Man City away or a trip to Anfield.

Would take Arsenal away, as although it is the Kids they play you are guaranteed a full house as they normally slash the ticket prices for the league cup to £10 in the lower and £20 in the upper.

To be honest I'm just enjoying the fact we can talk about it!!!

We are not Newcastle.

Not saying it still isn't a big crowd, more that the price of the ticket could be silly for what it is-Man U didn't lower the cost of cup games last season. Meaning tickets could be £40-50 if they do the same this year. For that reason I would pick other away ties over it tis all. Still would be high on the list!

Bugger. I'm not in the bloody country! Tranmere/Hull then please!!
