End of GJ's reign. SL moves to Guernsey and stands down as Chairman Coppell joins then resigns Millen appointed Ashton Vale announced They weren't exactly coincident, but happening so close together I think the overall effect was to destabalise the club. For all that he did make mistakes, I think we have probably missed SL being hands on with the club on a day to day basis, in the way he was during GJ's time.
