We've had the true believers saying "we're on the verge of a run" all season. And we haven't been.

We are no longer winless, but if we can't beat a pretty mediocre side at home then we will go down, budgets will be even smaller, any decent player will leave and we really will be "in transition".

No-one should be happy with that result and everyone should be asking why it - and other poor performances have happened.

I support the team 100% but I don't see why I should support the manager merely based on the sort of things he says. I'm more interested in the sort of things he does.

Pack was absolutely terrible today. Slow, lightweight and gave ball away often. May aswell have played with 10 men.

Gillett did more in his time on the pitch than pack did all game.

Must be dropped surely.

I also though Taylor didn't offer much today and on defensive set plays, there was no one offering an outlet up front so the ball effectively came straight back to us everytime.

I think we could have won 1-0 but we went to a defensive formation and minutes later we conceded. We can't do defense as has been proved so stick to what we can do and that is attack.

So we need 1.4 points / game (NOT 1.8 as previously claimed) to reach a new arbitrary target FIVE POINTS higher that that which would have been enough for the last few years?

Do I have that right? I wouldn't want to misrepresent you.

I think you have misrepresented me but i'm used to that from you, firstly I said near promotion form of 1.8 if we lose on tuesday (which I am sure even you wouldn't bet against) the safety average is actually 51 points but i'm sure that you being so confident in our resilience in one off games would be happy to leave leave our fate until the very last game of the season, whereas I and suspect most right thinking BCFC fans wouldn't.

Obviously I haven't. You are saying that we need 1.4 points / game as of now to achieve 55 points? Yes or no?

100% agree. The brochure looks wonderful, but where are the goods?

It was more to do with you still moaning about O'Driscoll after we actually won.

Im consistent......I DONT RATE SOD, didnt want him and still dont. I support BCFC not SOD and hes done nothing to even show me he has a interest in this club.

I can debate with you all day as you think hes brilliant and will turn it around, I think hes rubbish and his results and performances are proving he is just that.

Yes that is what we need as of now to achieve a miserly 55 points, but i'm sure if we win all of our home games, that will be well achievable, so i'm sure there is absolutely nothing to worry about because when we go on this run that we keep hearing about that average will plummet, after all we only need to double our current average, simples.

Without the sarcasm, we need 1.4 points per game, which is nowhere near promotion form, to achieve 55 points, five points above the recent targets, End of oft-repeated argument that we need promotion form to avoid relegation.

So cool you quoted it twice, and Ive no idea what your getting at.

You want me to change my opinion because of one win ? If I did you be slating that.

Accidental double quote...

I don't expect you to change your opinion as that's your view and I have mine. You don't even know me so you cant make that call, I slated you last week because I thought your argument was pretty weak and irrelevant about who has to do the interview. Wins a win at the end of the day.

and I never said it was, what I said was it is getting that way, but what it is, is an upturn in our fortunes of 100% and please you of all people please don't lecture about sarcasm.

I realised that

I do agree you have your opinion and I have mine, we shall leave it at that shall we.

But that means winning your home games.

But the last two games we have averaged 2 points a game, if we beat Crawley then 2.33 per game.. even if we lost the game after it would be 1.75 points per game. Now if say we even picked up 6 points per 4 game which could be classed as indifferent form then that would be 58 points come end of the season.. enough to stay up? I would think so.

Clearly no one knows what is going to happen but there is no reason why this team cant get out of the mire... call me optimistic but just don't see the point in worrying on what may or may not happen.

OMG does it matter if its promotion form or not we are in the mire and are playing sh1te.

Aizzon a question for you and SVP, are you really happy with our current position and the fact every thing SOD preaches is NOT happening ?

Simple yes or no will suffice.

No, I'm not happy. Thanks for asking.

I'm also not prepared to put up with people talking total rowlocks to support a spurious case.

and will require a 100% change in results and that is the most worrying.

in his post match interview SOD offered little optimism, in fact alluded to fact that without playing a left sided specialist midfielder but playing Reid out of position was a problem but he needed Reid to be able to accommodate JET, WTF.
