Fordy62
This is kind of ashes related, but I thought Brian Lara cricket had the odd glitch, this is farcical! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-25137093
Eco
Looks like a Zimbabwean will be replacing a South African in the England No. 3 spot for 2nd test.
The Gasbuster
Looking forward to this next test more so now, than before. Just to get away from the depressing situation at City, if nothing else !

The Kaiser
My wife is certainly enjoying a guy from her hometown absolutely ripping the heart out of the English top-order. Maybe we can see some turnaround...

Brian Lara Cricket was a great game, even if it did have a few glitches. I've played a few cricket games since and every one has been riddled with glitches. Fordy62
Brilliant. Brian Lara Cricket was a great game, even if it did have a few glitches. I've played a few cricket games since and every one has been riddled with glitches. The best glitches I ever saw were the following... 1. "In the air, and safe, and out!" 2. There's runs here, there's trouble here!" 3. And edged, and safe and out!" I loved it.
Northern Red
The best glitches I ever saw were the following... 1. "In the air, and safe, and out!" 2. There's runs here, there's trouble here!" 3. And edged, and safe and out!" I loved it. The best one I found was where you hit a shot that went just past the fielder, only for him to magically invisibly claw the ball back from several yards behind him and hit the stumps with a direct hit to run you out. Yes. You just made me chuckle. He used to bend down and pick up the ball from his feet when you could see it was miles past him. Ridiculous. There was also the odd occasion when you hit a six and a magical second field appeared the other side of the boundary.
MichaelRobartes
Never got anything that bad with Brian Lara 2005, classic game. The fielding was a bit dodgy, but there you go.

kevinmabbuttshair
Stokes?! I didn't see that. Batting line up looks shaky but really needs to preform
Longacre_red
Had a feeling Stokes would come in at 6, but I feel this really does weaken the batting line up. A very vulnerable batting side right there, lots of pressure on Cook, kp and bell to score runs. Prior is disastrously out of form and I think root could well be exposed at 3. Not overly confident about this!
Super
If we are going in with 2 spinners that is crazy.
Lew-T
Very fragile batting line up. Cook - Hasn't performed well enough Carbs - First series for a few years Root - Again, hasn't performed KP - Hot and cold Bell - The only batsmen I have confidence in Stokes - Test debut Prior - Has had a shocking time with the bat This batting line up really needs to stand up and take responsibility. It's a flat pitch, no excuses
kevinmabbuttshair
If we are going in with 2 spinners that is crazy. Not really. Just seen the pitch report. It is bone dry. A draw would be likely. Doesn't matter our batsme need runs and lots of them. Perth next and expect that to be a lightening fast green top

Lrrr
Think England are trying to play safe with Stokes as an all rounder, but not sure about Monty for this a seam attack of Anderson, Broad and Stokes.... hmm

Northern Red
Did anyone hear Alastair Cook being interviewed pre-match by Jim Maxwell, the Australian guy who works for Test Match Special? Maxwell asked him if the team were ready and up for it, only for Cook to utter the immortal words "stupid question"!
MichaelRobartes
WTF? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/cricket/25231085 Cricket Australia needs to take a long hard look at itself. That's the second cheap shot at Panesar on their watch and it simply isn't acceptable.
