Were the number of tickets restricted by Barcelona or did the Atletico fans think their team would muck it up in the last game? I don't imagine they have the same rules re minimum number of away fans in Spain. It's rare to see a big away support anywhere. I obviously only watch on tv but have noticed you always get away fans mixed in with the home crowd. Thee doesn't seem to be any crowd trouble at all in Spain from what I've seen. There are no rulings in Spain, as the country is so spread out away following is minimal. Clubs actually arrange signing by a couple of players at the team hotel sometimes for the away fans.
