HoldenBall
JET Is the only player who can change the game in a second, the question isn't where will he fit in, the question is how do we build a system that suits him

CIDER NOT CIDRE
Fielding Little Osbourne Williams Cunningham Pack Smith Elliot Wagstaff/Burns Freeman Baldock Could look something like that, however Baldock might struggle as a lone striker, although Freeman, Burns/Wagstaff and Baldock could work nicely as an attacking 3. Fielding Little Osbourne Flint Williams Cunningham Pack/Smith Elliot JET Freeman Baldock If JET was to fit in I'd imagine it being something like this. The team is looking fairly promising in my opinion. Can't wait for next season, bring it on!
spudski
Blimey....if we sign Ayling...depending on personal terms and don't off load a few, their are going to be some disappointed players in our squad on matchday...all good competition. How I'd like to see it.... ------------------------------- Fielding/Moore?--------------------------------- ---- Ayling-----------------------Osbourne------------------Williams-------- Little--------------------------------Elliott--------------------------Cunningham ------------Smith--------------------JET-------------------Freeman------------- ------------------------------------Baldock------------------------------------------- Subs... 7 from 1 Gk 2 Pack 3 Waggy 4 Wilms 5 Bryan 6 Reid 7 Burns 8 Maloney 9 El Abd 10 Flint That's quiet a competitive squad for this league.... Nibor
JET will fit in up front next to Baldock of course. Why on earth would we mess with a partnership where both strikers broke 20 goals? Whether we play two up or three up doesn't change this and we won't be playing JET in midfield for obvious reasons.

He always seemed to be playing in the hole behind the forward and linking the midfield...always roaming. Wouldn't you agree? Formations are so flexable these days... When defending we've played like 5-4-1....when going forward its been more like 3-1-3-2-

It's still playing up front, in a partnership, and playing JET in midfield or playing Wilbraham instead would be idiocy - which was the point.
