citywest30
Couldn't believe no one else had started a thread about this. Just saw on Sky Sports News. Any one seen it?Sounds like a clinical one on one finish, which some on here might doubt.
cityexile
Goal! Bournemouth 2, Brighton and Hove Albion 2. Sam Baldock (Brighton and Hove Albion) left footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner. Assisted by Gordon Greer with a headed pass. Been a while! Yann Kermorgant (Bournemouth) converts the penalty with a right footed shot to the bottom left corner....and not looking like a win bonus either. SuperRed
And Baldock is playing in the Championship against Championship quality defences. No-one can predict how Agard will do next season when up against the same quality defenders. We're not promoted yet!
Sparkz 76
See Sam scored tonight. Is that his first of the season. Tbh to get 2 million for him was a good fee which has been well invested in squad. Imo I think agard is a better player. Good luck to Sam but once a player leaves the gate couldn't give two hoots about their future success.

Squire Dastardly
Last year he helped keep us out of League 2. He was a good servant to BCFC and a decent bloke. I wish him well except of course when he might play against us. The way things are looking, next year, that could be in the Championship, in League 1 or not at all! Bowie
not good enough for the championship. Good League 1 striker. Was shit for us at that level and helped take us down, doing the same at brighton
I BELIEVE
Like a post above, he was brilliant for us last year and his goals played a huge part in keeping us up, wish him all the best.
Coxy27
Some people are far too bitter about players leaving. He's just trying to make the best living he can, and did what the majority of us on here would do given half the chance in our own jobs. He doesn't play for City now, so I'm not particularly bothered how he does, unless it directly affects us.
LondonBristolian
Some people are far too bitter about players leaving. He's just trying to make the best living he can, and did what the majority of us on here would do given half the chance in our own jobs. He doesn't play for City now, so I'm not particularly bothered how he does, unless it directly affects us. Exactly. And what's more, he didn't kick up a fuss or throw toys out the pram. Instead he just quietly got on with things. I believe that, if he'd stayed, he'd have been mature and positive about things whilst - as it was - he obviously gave SC enough notice of where his head was at to enable us to get a replacement in in time. As far as I'm concerned he did everything right and hope he now scores the goals to keep Brighton up.
