The club have certainly been aware of Nelson for a long time & have scouted him on several occasions. Aaron Bentley is also highly rated down their but got Prem clubs all over him. It was more of an educated guess but seems to make the most sense, 21 and already a captain. Much like Korey was at Oldham.. I'm aware the club had been keeping tabs and I imagine we'd have someone watching Bobby regularly, who'd also be keeping an eye on Nelson. Linked with 5 championship clubs. Todd Kane and Bobby Reid's extensions would probably be the key.
