22A Posted March 10, 2015 Report Share Posted March 10, 2015 I keep being told players of previous generations would not be able to compete in today's game as the current footballers are much fitter etc. Then you look at the title winning team of 1955 and there's only 11 players in the photo. In the 60s and 70s teams were winning the League and Europe by using just 19 players all season. Now we get seven subs. Liverpool Man u is the early kick off at half 1 and then Hull Chelsea at 4pm.... so you never know people might switch over for the half hour in between.
