A lot of responsibility and you have to be very self-motivated. I'll probably work for myself later in life though. Indeed. As somebody who has been self-employed for many years, I would advise simply that, if you are not self-motivated, try to obtain salaried employment - if possible as a civil servant. WTFiGO!?! Posted April 1, 2015 Report Share Posted April 1, 2015 My neighbour runs his own building firm, he says you basically never get to switch off. Work and home life are one in the same. Plenty I know are switched off most of the time, but then its self sufficient internet based stuff so guess you 'turn it on' when you need to.
