It was not until later did he pick up and start turning in more energetic and thus more sparkling performances. Let's hope he starts this season where he left off last season. Phileas Fogg Posted July 5, 2015 Report Share Posted July 5, 2015 Didn't see today so can't comment - but a guy I know involved in recruitment at Watford said they were looking at Freeman the season before he came to us, one of the things that put them off was LF's tendency to gain weight - particularly around the hips. Definitely at the start of last season he wasn't finishing games. I recall Rochdale away where he was knackered after an hour and had to come off.
