BRISTOL86
Someone tell Marlon he's not going to be scoring from 40 yards! So frustrating when you're struggling to keep possession and it's just wasted unnecessarily. Quote Link to comment
Luxo Jr.
Good to be back with match threads. Currently have had people saying Kodjia's playing well/spectating, that Frederick's looks good/reticent, Pack is one of our best/worst players and that Ayling looks quality/needs to be more defensively aware. Lovely. Quote Link to comment
CiderHider
Please don't start on Kodgia already . Not much he can do so far, his movement looks good enough to me though. Yeps, had nothing to feed off, but Fredricks looks better on the left, cutting in, Kodja had a lovely touch to set up play earlier. Quote Link to comment
P'head Red
Time to regroup at half time Quote Link to comment
CotswoldRed
Sounds like a half-time team talk is needed more than ever. Quote Link to comment

old_eastender
Kodger can't get in the game, hopefully his first meaningful touch will be to score... Quote Link to comment
Bris Red
Shows how dire things are really having to bring Burns on at wing back like.. Quote Link to comment
Super
Fredericks booked for a rugby tackle. Quote Link to comment
GrahamC
The one position we don't have back up for, or at least not naturally and it's an injury. Hope it's only a little knock for Bryan. There are loads of positions we don't have cover for... Quote Link to comment
nebristolred
Bit weird to see Burns come on there as it doesn't have anything to do with our lack of squad depth. RWB is one of the few places where we can shift people about; Little (I know he's injured), Ayling and Waggy could all be playing there if needed. I can only assume it's ready for a formation change later on. Quote Link to comment
Kingswoodactor
Disgusting from Wallace there. Quote Link to comment
CiderHider
Dirty ****** Ross Wallace, that was an ankle breaker, should have been red Quote Link to comment
Nogbad the Bad
We were always going to get the first yellow - deserved for Fredericks though, stupid thing to do. Wallace booked for late tackle on Fredericks, should be their third yellow. Quote Link to comment
P'head Red
Good effort from Kodjia there Quote Link to comment
City_USA
Nice try from Kodja Quote Link to comment

Then on top of that their left back is rather pacey, so I'd rather not have an unfit Wagstaff against him. Burns has looked rather good positioning wise, and Fredericks has looked good in left wing back. I agree with Cotts on this one. Quote Link to comment

Guest
Good clean hit that. When he's up to sharpness... I'm genuinely impressed by him in the first half. Perhaps I'm seeing what isn't there but I do think his movement looks good. Quote Link to comment
MaverickTheBritish
Great run by Burns there... Quote Link to comment

I'm not slating Burns on it, he could well be decent there, but it is a bit weird you must admit. Agreed on not wanting El-Abd on, but we could easily have shifted formation and put Ayling there. Either way, Burns has done fine so far. Quote Link to comment
