I've sadly gone with the majority vote so far without realising it of a 3-1 Wolves win. Unless City can get an early goal like they did against Forest I can see Wolves just just blowing our house down.

Dont know any Wolves players apart from Afobe so a hat trick for him.

Reckon there will be 32 fouls in total (14 City, 16 Wolves) with the 3rd foul being in the 6th minute. Last foul will be by Fielding giving away a pen.

Bonus game Franchise FC 2 - 1 Charlies

Goal timings

Afobe 14, 18
Kodjia 55
Edwards 70

Total Number of Fouls 15 (City 6 Wolves 9)
Timing of third foul: 18 min
Player to commit last foul of the match: Pack
Had enough of all these "firsts", so third and last it is. They may be one and the same. Up to you.

MK Dons v Charlton 1-2

Naturally, as a supporter, I have to say City will win at home.

So, TFR says we will win 0-2.

Technically, Wolves get the three points, but me and Cotts say it is also a moral victory, as we should have scored at least 3, which is a win.

Alright?

Specify in a post (if desired):

Other goalscorers - Cox and some bloke with a funny looking angular wolf on his chest.

Goal timings - 12, 49 (wolves), 72

Correct total number: 1 point - 23

Number per team: 1 point each - 10 City / 13 Wolves

Timing of third foul: 2 points - 8 minutes

Had enough of all these "firsts", so third and last it is. They may be one and the same. Up to you.

7 points on offer, smash it inside your wonderful little post.

Feeling another Brighton-esque game coming on here. Reckon we'll react well to the defeat, but then panic, and ultimately crumble. Hopefully apple crumble, 'cos at least that's tasty.

       CITY 2-3 WOLVES

(1-0)

1st half

Bennett 21' - He deserves one, so I'll give him the first. Header? Why not. From 20 yards out. Off the post. At least one of these things will be true, including the next thing. Most of this will be wrong.

The half will finish with us under immense pressure, but just holding on.

2nd half

Afobe 50' - We have a gilt-edged chance under a minute into the second half, but Bryan/Freeman/Wilbraham/Kodjia/Smith/Pack (delete/add as appropriate) completely scuffs his shot and the collective groan can be heard from Neptune. Apparently. Just a few minutes later, in a desperate attempt to make up for their error, the offending player gives away a reckless free kick and - guess what - Afobe nicks in at the back post to tuck it away.

Le Fondre 70' - After 20 minutes camped in our own half, Le Fondre puts us out of our misery as the ball drops to him perfectly from a half-clearance. Half volley, fingertips of Frankie, tears in the director's box.

Iorfa 76' - Corner. Header. Hope over.

Kodjia 83' - Hope back! Muscles his way past a couple of defenders, one-two with Cox/Bennett/Little/Freeman (delete/add as appropriate) and stabs it past the keeper. Right footed, of course.

Hope fizzles.

We lose.

But then we go on an undefeated run for the next 10 games.

Fouls

        CITY 11 - 21 - 10 WOLVES

3rd: 14'

Last: McDonald

Wildcard

MK Dons 2-1 Charlton

Boy do I want to be wrong.

Wow, do you have a time machine Ian?

Any chance you could give me todays lottery numbers?

I almost needed one having only just realised at 19:43 last night that I hadn't predicted yet & frantically grabbed my phone (as evidenced by the OCD-bating space between "3" and "rd"!)
