John pemberton who has no experience in management , yet people say he's perfect for the job. Yet LJ has been a manager for at least 2 seasons now but hasn't the experience. True. it`s like the merry go round that happens at the top of government/local government all the time. Get a job, get sacked for incompetence but with a nice payout, get another job down the road on the same or more money, and repeat until retirement.
