reddogkev
Well, I don't know what Warnock has slipped in the drinks of his Rotherham players, but based on current form, they'll be fine. We are capable of winning three and losing two on the bounce - so will still get enough points just about to stay up. I would put my house on bottom 3 being Bolton, Charlton and MK Dons. So even though it is dire to lose 2 games in a row, rest assured we will survive this season. Even though we'll probably do it by the skin of our teeth.... Snufflelufagus
Lets hope so! We have a poor goal difference as well and simply other than Flint dont really look like scoring.

Full nelson
You seriously are deluded! Looking at our fixtures I can't see where we will put a string of results together to keep us in the championship! I truly believe that a team who doesn't score enough will struggle what ever league you're in and this city side can't only score but they let in far too many goals. We are going to need 43 - 46 points to stay in this league and I can't see us getting 43.
maxjak
Nice to hear some positivity……..instead of all the whinging fickle nonsense from the majority of forumites…….we win a game, and were going for a late push for playoff place……lose a game (or two) and we are all doomed and on our way to play the Gas in Div 1 next season! I agree with you, Bolton, Charlton and MK Dons to go down. Its been a dire season, but I'm certain LJ will recruit some quality for next season so we can establish ourselves in the Championship……... The other seven, Fulham, Rotherham, Bolton, Brentford, Blackburn, Huddersfield, QPR. No gimmies at this stage, but not the worst run in by any means. Wanderingred
Rotherham have won three in a row yet still occupy the final relegation place. They'd still trade places with us in an instant. It's a gutter to lose 6 of the 8 points safety gap we had but with Bolton and Rotherham still to play at home it's still very much in our hands. Looking at the remaining fixtures we have the easier run in of all the teams around the bottom. A quick view on how many are winnable (not how many they will win), IMHO gave me City. 9 Rotherham 7 Fulham. 6 MK Dons. 6 Bolton. 5 Charlton. 4 These include me assuming we could beat Rotherham, and they could beat us, so the actual wins will vary.
