Lanterne Rouge
The surest way to get mullered up there is to go out and defend from the start trying to hang on to what we`ve got. They would wear us down and probably win 2-0. Might as well give it a good go IMO. 1 Quote Link to comment

Super
I can see the logic in that team selection, last thing we want is to play a defensive team and invite 90mins of pressure. Nobody expects us to get anything so why not go for it. Quote Link to comment

Nibor
That shape looks better to me than the first few games, Tomlin is definitely wasted out on the left. It's quite ambitious for Norwich away and the right side looks weak defensively. I'd have probably started Matthews and brought Little on against more tired players if needs be. We could have played O'Dowda right wing, Bryan left and Golbourne left back to be more solid but I think it's a line up that will cause some problems for Norwich if we can get on the ball enough. 1 Quote Link to comment

Nobody expects us to get anything so why not go for it. The way some folks are talking, you'd have thought we should be playing 9 defenders and 2 keepers. I'm sure Norwich are decent, but we can't show them too much respect. It's a free hit, in many ways; we're expected to get tanked, so why not come out swinging? At least it isn't Derby away last year; we played an incredibly defensive side and got beaten up. Here, if we get done we've clearly given it a shot. 2 Quote Link to comment
cidercity1987
Dont particularly like the look of that line up... Got our top striker on the wing (cough Pitman cough Millen), not enough midfielders and too attacking full backs. Would have preferred the likes of Reid in the team to keep tight but retain a goal threat. Could be wrong though... Quote Link to comment
EstoniaTallinnRed
Basso in goal for Truro City tonight against Bath City. Quote Link to comment
cityexile
At the very least we learn something. If that line up can hold its own tonight, it pretty much can in any game this year. Quote Link to comment

eardun
Time will tell, but Pack is playing with O'Neil so arguably more defensive than Saturday. As I said above, looks good on a subbuteo pitch. I prefer Tomlin centrally as I think he is more involved. Thought for a while that Kodjia could play the right side role so we'll see tonight. In other news, I'm currently watching Penzance play Illogan in the SW Peninsula League. 3-4 half time. Getting my money's worth! Quote Link to comment

And I don't just mean the last 15 minutes on Saturday- he did well then mind Quote Link to comment

Totally different example, Pitman had never played there and had no pace or any attributes to play winger. Kodjia had played there, is fast and has attributes to play as a winger. 1 Quote Link to comment
