I really don't think the stadium and its surrounding area ever matters to a new manager, if it did Crystal Palace would never attract anyone! I'm sure the players, the potential, the level, the budget and the salary are far more interesting to a managerial candidate, after all, they know they'll only be there for about 18 months on average...
