I am sure if enquiries are made at Bristol city council they will confirm the roadworks. Bcfc actually posted about them a number of weeks ago on their news feed. police engagement was requested on this site and I will continue to provide relevant and honest information for as long as requested. If there is a desire for this to stop then that will be the case. It is fair to say that an early kick off lessens the threat of disorder through alcohol, and it is the polices main core policing value to ensure public safety. This game is almost a normal game now after a number of years of very strong restrictions. So what was the reason last season the Cardiff game KO 1200 no metro bus work then. We all know the real season so why not just say it.
marmite
Might as well change all the KO times for home matches if road works are to be blamed.. Bristol is at a standstill 24/7 with traffic. Its "road cone city". Pathetic excuse and one nobody believes. (Don't even start me on Hartcliffe Way again!!)
