JoeAman08
Well assuming we don't continue to lose every game for the rest of the year, I think it's still unlikely. Though after Forest it gets quite tough through February.

Fair point Cynic but no doubt City are in free fall and only 3 points above the drop zone. Worrying times indeed.

Baldyman
We have a group of players easily good enough to stay up . We have a manager who can't get to grips with his formations or decision making . If he stays we go down . If he leaves I'm very very confident that we'll be fine . Creg
We have the second worst form in the football league, and are now actively finding ways to lose from winning positions. The new boys (Wright and Hegs specifically) are already openly questioning the tactics in the changing room and, if rumours are to be believed, the manager has fallen out with our two biggest earners and allegedly best players. All whilst retaining the confidence of our chairman who continues to blindly pump cash into what would be viewed by anyone else as a doomed project. It's painful, but in short - yes. If LJ stays then I can't see things turning around and picking up momentum. If the board and SL act now and bring someone in then there's no reason why this team can't go on a great run. The ideal outcome would be for SL to replace LJ with someone slightly more experienced on an interim basis until the end of the season and during that time look for a new man for next season. I personally think they should go for a manager from the continent. They seem to have so much more fire in their belly and that is something that a few of these players need in a boss. city1983
I'm seeing absolutely nothing in Johnson to make me think he can keep us up. He has no idea how to stop the rot. Been given 3 players who are a vast improvement on what we have and we still lose to an absolute dog shit team

We have seen what LJ can do, and it's not top 10 let alone top 6. If city want to push for the prem we all know now that LJ will NEVER be the man. totally agree if we stay up theres no way he will take us forward, he.s too far out of his depth, he will end up in division 2 or lower like his dad. YorkshireSection
Without doubt. he is painting us a open clear picture with his terrible tactics, constant tinkering with formation and personnel that he is redundant of what his best team and style of playing is. Get rid of him now before we really are in a situation that is unattainable to turn around.
stephenkibby.
The Johnson interview was the biggest worry. He talked about how Barnsley went on a run of wins after they had lost 7 in a row, and the same could happen for us. If he thinks were capable of winning 5 or 6 on the bounce he's delusional. The likes of Newcastle, Brighton are incapable of that so how could he ever imagine such things are possible for us? Dose he think we are already playing in league 1 ?
